Tickets are compulsory
1. Only ticket holders can access the cable car. Under 5s be issued a free ticket and must be accompanied at all times by an adult who will be responsible for their behaviour.
2. The following persons will be deemed to be non-ticket holders:
- Persons without a ticket or with an expired ticket that is invalid.
- Persons who have failed to validate their ticket when passing through the toll barrier.
- Persons using a ticket that has been tampered with or changed.
Rules of use for tickets
1. Users must keep their ticket with them while they remain inside the facilities, and must be able to present it at any time at the request of the staff of the Aramón Leitner Cable Car.Boarding and exiting the cabins
Access for persons with reduced mobility
1. Persons with reduced mobility, who, due to their degree of disability, need extra assistance or use specific means of support to overcome their disability, must inform a member of the cable car staff before travelling.Obligations and prohibitions when using the Aramón Leitner Cable Car
1. The following obligations must be observed:
a) Users must possess and keep the corresponding ticket while they are inside the facilities, and present it at any time if requested to do so by the concessionary company. Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
b) Users must follow the instructions of the Aramón Leitner Cable Car staff to properly use the service and must follow signs and any messages given over the PA system.
c) Users may only enter the authorised areas of the facilities, in accordance with signs and any instructions given over the PA system.
d) Users must follow the marked route and only board and exit in the areas designed for this purpose.
e) Users are forbidden to rock the cabins.
f) Users are forbidden to hang or throw objects from cabins.
g) Users must notify Aramón Leitner Cable Car staff if they notice any abnormal situation in the facilities which may affect normal operation.
h) Users must behave in a correct, respectful and public-spirited manner towards other users and towards the concessionary company’s staff, avoiding any action which may lead to damage or the incorrect use of the cabins or facilities of Aramón Leitner.
2. It is prohibited to:
a) Carry out any act or behave in such a way as to endanger the safety of the Aramón Leitner Cable Car, its users, employees and those persons or facilities in the surrounding areas.
b) Smoke inside the Aramón Leitner Cable Car cabins and facilities.
c) Enter the Aramón Leitner Cable Car on roller skates or similar equipment.
d) Transport objects or material which could be dangerous or cause a disturbance to other users, or any package or item of luggage in general with dimensions greater than 100x60x25cm.
e) Prevent or force the opening or closing of the cabin doors.
f) Engage in any activity or act in such a way as to put operational safety at risk, cause a disturbance or endanger the physical or moral integrity of other users, affect public order or alter the adequate and regular provision of service by the concessionary company, or cause harm or damage to the Aramón Leitner Cable Car facilities or any part of its infrastructures.
g) Tamper with, destroy or damage any part of the Aramón Leitner Cable Car, its safety components or any other element designed solely for use by the staff of the Aramón Leitner Cable Car.
h) Remain in the Aramón Leitner Cable Car facilities outside the designated opening hours.
i) Distribute advertisements, put up posters, ask for money (with or without musical instruments), organise any gambling activity, sell goods or services within the Aramón Leitner Cable Car facilities without the express permission of the operating company.
j) Throw or leave objects of any kind or rubbish in any part of the facilities, particularly inside the cabins.
k) Bring pets into the Aramón Leitner Cable Car facilities, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind.
